With operational facilities in North Canton and Twinsburg, Turfscape has proudly served NE Ohio since 1988 partnering with commercial organizations providing year-round grounds maintenance and snow removal.

Key Responsibilities & Working Conditions
- The daily task of managing a landscaping crew
- Assign daily tasks to crews of 2-5 employees according to weather and the facility's maintenance schedule
- Responsible for training new and existing crew members as necessary, serving as the point of contact for crew members
- Assist with loading and unloading of work trucks and delivery trucks
- Responsible for driving to and from assigned facilities to perform landscape services or snow removal
- Outdoor working conditions
- Extended work hours during peak seasons
- Requires substantial physical activity performing strenuous activities of a productive and technical nature; regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions of extreme heat and extreme cold; consistent exposure to loud noise; potential exposure to air pollution, allergens, dust, pollen, insects, and other potentially harmful naturally occurring hazards; continuous exposure to moving mechanical parts and sharp objects
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of landscape industry experience required
- A minimum of 1
years of leadership experience preferred - Possess a valid state driver s license
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks
- Knowledge of all phases of landscaping projects
- Ability to lead, develop, and mentor crew members
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in all responsibilities and duties
