Summary:
Akron Children's Health Collaborative (ACHC) is a newly established 501c4 organization built to improve child health through collaboration with community physicians and contracting with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
The role of Director of Network Operations will directly report to the leader of ACHC with a matrix relationship to the Chief Strategy Officer of Akron Children's Hospital.
The Director provides leadership and oversight for Akron Children's Health Collaborative's clinically integrated network of Akron Children's Hospital and affiliated community providers.
This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation and optimization of the clinically integrated provider network which supports the health care service area and community and agreements with managed care plans.
The Director will manage the network in collaboration with the Medical Director and ACHC governance as well as lead processes to contract with participating provider groups, tailor and deliver education and support services, and meet program compliance requirements.
They will develop and manage a team of assigned staff and coordinate the delivery of tools and support services to affect provider performance.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for initial and ongoing network development and facilitating effective participation of providers in access, quality, utilization, patient management, and incentive reimbursement programs.
Cultivates effective relationships with providers and practice administration.
Supports practice recruitment and onboarding to participate in the network.
Develops and oversees processes for support effective provider participation and adoption of clinical programs and workflows.
Sets strategic and operational goals to improve network performance, including access, adequacy, and quality by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Works collaboratively with other departments to execute access, quality, utilization, and care coordination improvement initiatives across the network.
Evaluates the effectiveness of key improvement initiatives and provides routine reports on outcomes to providers.
Develops network resources, educational tools, and curriculum in response to identified unmet needs.
Oversees network provider workforce development activities to advance clinical integration, quality improvement, population health initiatives, member access, and others as identified.
Supervises employees, provides direction, coaches, trains, develops, and manages performance to company goals and expectations.

Other information:
Technical ExpertiseProficiency in the administration of provider and/or managed care health insurance networks, including CINs or ACOs.
Training and experience in improvement science methodologyProficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word or similar software is required.
Experience working with all levels within an organization is preferred.
Education and ExperienceEducation:
Master's Degree in Hospital, Healthcare, or Business Administration RequiredYears of

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
